Lindsay Dudfield
Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Dudfield is a qualified geologist with over 30 years experience exploring for a wide range of commodities in Australia and overseas, including close involvement with a number of greenfields discoveries. He was a founding director of Jindalee Resources, Alchemy’s third largest shareholder, and is currently an Executive Director of Jindalee. Mr Dudfield also co-founded Energy Metals and remains a Non-executive Director of the company.
Mr Dudfield is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, the Geological Society of Australia and the Society of Economic Geologists.
Leigh Ryan

Managing Director
Mr Ryan is a qualified geologist with 30 years of experience in the exploration and resource industry, which has included various project evaluation, exploration management and executive management roles throughout Australia and Africa. He has worked extensively in WA, Queensland, NSW, Zambia, Tanzania, Burkina Faso, Mali, and Cote d’Ivoire, has been involved in the discovery and resource definition of numerous gold and base metal deposits, and has successfully negotiated many joint venture agreements, purchase option agreements and numerous other corporate transactions.
Mr Ryan was previously Resolute Mining Limited’s Group Exploration Manager for Africa and Australia prior to becoming the Managing Director of Boss Resources Limited in 2011, and subsequently Managing Director of Chrysalis Resources Limited in 2013. Mr Ryan is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and has completed a graduate certificate in Mineral Economics and the Curtin School of Business, Western Australia.
Liza Carpene
Non-Executive Director
Ms Carpene has worked in the resources industry for more than 20 years, and has significant experience in corporate administration, HR, legal, IT and stakeholder relations. Ms Carpene is also a Non-Executive Director of Mincor Resources NL.
Up until February 2018, Ms Carpene was part of Northern Star Resources Limited’s Executive Team responsible for the Company’s transformational growth, through a combination of acquisition, organic growth and divestment, to an ASX100 company worth >$3.5B.
Prior to Northern Star, Ms Carpene was Company Secretary/CFO for listed explorers Venturex Resources and Newland Resources, and previously held various site and Perth based management roles with Great Central Mines, Normandy Mining, Newmont Australia, Agincourt Resources and Oxiana.
Anthony Ho
Non-Executive Director
Mr Ho is a Chartered Accountant and a partner in a consulting practice focused principally on corporate and financial services to listed companies. He has significant experience in the resource industry, having served as director and secretary of companies listed on ASX. He is currently a Director of Dragon Energy, Siburan Resources and Redisland Australia.
Bernard Crawford
B.Com, CA, MBA, ACIS
Company Secretary
Mr Crawford is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in the resources industry in Australia and overseas. He has held various positions in finance and management with NYSE, TSX and ASX listed companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia, a Master of Business Administration from London Business School and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and Chartered Secretaries Australia.
